K. H. Krishnan (1972–2024), affectionately known as Velappaya Kannan Swami aka “Paladakannan”, was a visionary caterer who transformed Kerala’s sadya tradition with precision, innovation, and spiritual depth. Pradhama Sadya
A classic Kerala feast with 20 traditional delights, including a refreshing Welcome Drink, 8 vibrant Dishes, crispy Varavus, tangy Pickles, and comforting staples like Parippu-Ghee, Rasam, and Thairu. Finished with 2 luscious Pradhamans, Pappadam, and Rice on a fresh Plantain Leaf.
Samriddha Sadya
Samriddha Sadya is an elevated version of the Pradhama Sadya with 23 carefully curated items, featuring an extra fresh juice, Addon Item: Ulli Thiyal or Masala Curry, and one more added variety of Varavu, Uppilittathu, and a Third Pradhaman. Indeed a richer spread for a fuller celebration.
Sahasra Sadya
Our grandest offering with 29 indulgent items, beginning with a trio of fresh juices and featuring all elements of the Samriddha Sadya—plus festive extras like Gobi 65, Parippuvada, Boli/Sweet Portion, Mineral Water, and Meetha Pan Buffet. A true feast of abundance!
Brahmins Marriage
We are offering Brahmin Marriage Service since 1992, providing different varieties of menu to suit the specific requirement of the customers. We provide Morning Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea, Dinner and also Juice and Refreshments after Muhurtham. Kattichatham Packets are also served on demand. If required, we provide Cheeru, Murukku, Kutties, Paaltherattipaal and Thengatherattipaal for the day before or next of the Marriage Day. Vadhyar Samanangal, Kolam, Photo/Video Services, Nadaswaram, Concerts and Ganamela, Accomodation, Flower, Garlands, Illumination and Decoration services are also provided on request.
